It was a Glorious Event! The IWMW mother of all conventions held in London last week was a success!

As part of our resolve to make active contribution to salvaging Alaigbo, this year, we are targeting our youths and wish to build a skills acquisition centre in Anambra state. This is our response to the atrocities being committed in Alaigbo due to escalating poverty and joblessness.


On Saturday the 2nd of July 2022 the beautiful, intelligent and elegant women of our great movement dolled up in the sparking red ishiagu and white ichafu to host our special guests made up of illustrious Igbo Sons and Daughters who honoured our invitation, keyed into our vision and are willing to support us.


The event itself was chaired by Chief Chris Onumunu (Ochiri Ozuo Na Awo Idemili) under the blessing of the Father of the Day HRH Igwe Dr. Chris Chidume, Eze Ana Ukwu, Eze Igulube of Omor and Mother of the Day Her Excellency Mrs Nonye Soludo, First Lady, Anambra State.


During the event, the great Amazons of Alaigbo umunwanyi Ndigbo ji eje mba honoured our compatriots with proven track record of commitment to the Igbo cause. The IWMW Award of Excellence was presented by the Executive Director and Members of IWMW to the following:

1. Prof. Francis Chinegwundoh MBE, MBBS, MS MML(med Law) FRCSE(Eng) FRCS(Ed) FRCS(Urol) FEBU, Consultant Urological Surgeon, Barts Health NHS Trust, London UK and Harley Street, London

2. Chief Dr. Bennett Onwuzurike MBBS, FWACS, FRCOG, KSc, JP, The Ogwudire 1, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, NHS UK

3. Prophetess Dr. Nkeiru Ihezuo: The Picturesque of a true God's Messenger and a philantropist

4. Mr. Okoh Emmanuel Onyeka aka Okwuluora Ndi Igbo: President and Founder of Okwuluora Communications Enugu, Nigeria. He is a Media Personality, Social Commentator, Compere, OAP, Sport Analyst, Philanthropist and Advocate.



Traditional Titles were Conferred on the following Honourable Leaders

1. Eze Benjamin Emeka Udogwu, Eze Ndi Igbo Na Hong Kong: Eze Oganiru Ndigbo

2. Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria: Onu Ndigbo

3. Rt Hon. Sir Emeka Ihedioha, Ex-Governor of Imo State, Nigeria: Onye Ozi Udo Ndigbo

4. Dr. Stella O. Akpuaka, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Family Medicine: Ada Ukwu Nke Mbu Ndigbo
